Return Exceptions We do not allow returns of the following items under any circumstances:

-
Provide a verifiable address for shipment pickup (if different than original ship-to location)

an item is returned more than 45 calendar days from the date of
shipment, or is not allowed to be returned (as noted above) we will
return the item to you and charge your method of payment for shipping
costs.
Guaranteed Delivery:
From time to time our customers need, standard products, custom made and
special handled orders produced on very short deadlines due to active
disasters, grant deadlines, last minute changes etc. We do our very best to meet these
near impossible tasks. Even with the long evenings and weekend and
holiday work we put into meeting these deadlines, we have no control
over freight lines and shipping companies (UPS, FedEx, USPS etc.) once
the product leaves our dock. We are always happy to give you tracking
information, and contact shippers on you behalf. TheSafetyStore.com. shall
not be held responsible for late arriving orders.
