If we have mis-shipped or mis-made products due to an error on our part, we are happy to bring this back and remake or provide a corrected exchange at no cost to the customer.

For other items that you do not wish to keep, you may return these, after notification. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt and may not be altered or removed from original packaging. Please note that original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

  • Certain products are non-returnable: Custom-made vests, caps, armbands and signage, Customized and off-the-shelf first aid kits, Sterile medical products.
  • Items not in re-saleable condition or in their original packaging may not be returned and will not be credited toward your account. Note: Any product that is altered in any way is non-returnable!
